About
Nick Harsell
I started Blue Carrot because too many teams were paying for SEO that could not show its work in the same place they check performance every month. Intelligence Hub is the monthly scoreboard; our SEO and competitor catalog programs are the plays you run when the numbers say go.
I work with multi-location operators and Shopify DTC brands who want organic growth tied to clicks, pages, and (when it matters) shelf pricing—not vanity rankings on a PDF nobody opens.
What I am building at Blue Carrot
- Built for operators, not slide decksBlue Carrot started from monthly reporting that multi-location and ecommerce teams actually use—Search Console, GA4, and page-level context in one place, with share links stakeholders can open without another login.
- Data before recommendationsIntelligence Hub is the scoreboard. SEO execution and competitor catalog work tie back to real URLs and queries—so the next hour of effort has a receipt, not a generic checklist.
- Shopify-aware when catalogs matterFor DTC brands, competitive product tracking sits next to organic performance: pricing moves, assortment gaps, and AI summaries grounded in scraped catalog rows—not vibes.
- AI that stays on the leashMonthly summaries and comparison insights highlight wins, misses, and next steps from your project data. No mystery-box agency copy and no invented metrics.
How I like to work: open the data, agree on what winning looks like numerically, then execute in the same monthly rhythm you report in—so stakeholders are not reconciling two different stories about February.
